  • Student Suspended for Refusing to Wear a School-Issued RFID Tracker

well... to be honest, monsanto would make an excellent science book; unfortunately their civil rights and economics books would have a swastika on the preface.

wal-mart would make an outstanding book on logistics, procurement and warehousing.

raytheon would make an amazing book on industrial diversification, government contract procurement and engineering.

exxon mobil... maybe geology -- but definitely chemistry -- petrochemicals in particular.

blackwater should write a book on the implementation, design and structuring of privatized security and military operations.

    this is going off topic.

schools and the operation of schools should consider the education of kids a first priority... instead, they seem to be more concerned about money that they can't seem to manage anyway.

the president of the united states makes a base salary of $400,000.00.... on what planet should a superintendent of a failing school system make $300,000.00?

but... back to tagging the kids with rfid chips.

is this school fenced in? i know a lot of schools in texas aren't surrounded by fences and this might also be a good reason why those little chips are necessary...

when kids are at school, the school is responsible and held accountable for their well being... that's the way the law is. if i had that type of burden for someone's demon spawn... fuck the rfid chip... i'd slap an ankle monitoring device with a built in stun feature so i could keep the maggots in line.

    edit---

the school is surrounded by a fence... that has sections missing and on average appears to be, at it's max height, six feet high.

I would've carried the ID in my pocket...wrapped in aluminum foil to counteract the RFID tracking. They might not have liked it, but I think I would've been within the guidelines of the rules.

    What a great idea!

I sure wish you were in my high school when I went to high school. Our teachers were pretty dim and we could have raised a whole Hell of a lot of havoc!

I actually was the hell-raiser. I was the kingpin of the illegal pornography ring at my high school. I used to make about $9,000 per semester. I was also the nerdy kid who never got into trouble.

What does porn have to do with the compulsory wearing of RFID tags?

the school offered to remove the rfid chip from the student's id card but required the student to continue wearing the id card around her neck... the student refused and sued. the lawsuit was dismissed because by removing the chip from the id card, the student's original complaint (that the rfid chip was the calling card of the devil) was nullified as the school had made reasonable efforts to accommodate the little religious retard.

so, now... the girl either has to wear the rfid-less id card around her neck or go to a different school.
