  • Tech Discussion Solar Storm
    #1
I've now read two news articles involving a solar storm said to possibly affect earth next week, causing the northern lights to be brighter and some radio interference and electrical equipment interference. It is supposed to be the most intense solar maximum in 50 years, according to NASA.

And on the rant end, many people have now jumped on the doomsday bandwagon, saying it is the beginning of the end and 2012 will be rife with ever worsening apocalyptic events.
