I can't watch porn without worrying about it. You just can't know how the individuals portrayed are treated outside of the video. Also, it puts the emphasis on sex. Relationships aren't about that, they're about caring for each other, and being there to console each other, it's about finding someone you love to share your life with, and in rare cases, it's about giving the best care you can to your partner in exchange for friendship and affection. Sex is just a nice bonus.
Focusing on sex reverses the idea of falling in love with someone, getting to know them and living with them, and then having sex. Porn is all about centralizing sex, as if that's the most important thing, treating it's subjects as toys for pleasure. It doesn't matter what you're into, it can always result in having someone in your life just for sexual stimulation. That can result in things being rushed, or forced, and that can result in people divorcing and broken relationships. It can even result in cruelty, if you don't listen to your partner's complaints. I don't think getting a high from porn is worth all of that risk.
