    Do you have dishes you don't just crave from time to time, you obsess over them?
    I do and I thought I'd share the mouthgasms.

    1 c. Land o' Lakes butter
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1 1/2 c Romano and Mizithra cheese

    Browned Butter : Cut into cubes and place in a 2-quart sauce pan. Melt over medium heat. Bring butter to a slow boil. As butter boils stir constantly to prevent residue from sticking to the pan. Butter will begin to foam and rise. Continue stirring, so butter doesn't boil over and catch fire. Continue cooking until amber in color. Turn off the heat and remove pan from burner.
    Use about 1 TBSP of the butter to sautee garlic.
    Boil and drain pasta.
    Pour the brown butter through a strainer into glass measuring cup with spout.
    Add sauteed garlic. Plate pasta. Top with cheese then butter.

    Serve with hot bread sticks.
    Makes 4 servings

    BTW, this is also great with some pancetta, fresh spinach, and sun- dried tomatoes tossed in.
