FIDF vows to continue to support Israel's brave soldiers at this fateful time
In response to the endless rocket-fire that has been raining down on Israel's civilians, a joint operation of the IDF and the Israeli Security Agency brought about the targeted killing of the head of Hamas' military wing. Simultaneously, the IDF has launched Operation Pillar of Defense and mobilized its troops across the country.
The brave soldiers of the IDF are always able and ready to carry out the mission of defending the Jewish homeland. We are in constant communication with the IDF and responding directly to their needs by distributing toiletry kits, snack packages, undergarment kits, field towelettes for basic hygiene, and “break from the battlefield” kits. You can help the soldiers by providing any of the above wellbeing needs, as well as by donating to the SPIRIT R&R Program for combat units and the DIGNITY Program for soldiers in-need.
Our soldiers are facing difficult and strenuous times, and their wellbeing needs will continue to grow as this operation continues.
FIDF is the official organization raising funds in the United States on behalf of the IDF for its soldiers.
To stand by our soldiers and help, donate any of the following items
Snack packages - $18
Undergarment kits - $22
Toiletry kits - $36
Field towelettes for basic hygiene (a package of 10) - $50
“Break from the battlefield” kits - $720 (Each kit includes an LCD TV, cable box, speaker, supplies for hot beverages, and board games)'

Can you believe this shit? Friends of the Israeli Defence Force are asking for donations for these items? Besides the fact that the IDF's annual expenditure on defence is $15 billion (figure courtesy of the Institute for National Security Studies, Tel Aviv), not to mention monetary support from America of $3.7 billion (for the year 2012), to ask people to cough up $50 for 10 fucking bum wipes is beyond fucking cheeky. Fucking TVs and speakers and shit? Dafuq? Talk about priorities.
