    now that you mention it... i was looking at the site statistics and saw that the 'alabama crimson tide' thread in sports only has 32 posts... but has had 27,000 views.

    my guess is that those hits are from crimson tide fans pouring in from search engines. might be a great way to generate more members by creating threads discussing google's top search terms (excluding all the porn).

    yes,but also remember i opened an twitter account,so just let's say if i or you made a new thread or post,ya hit the twitter button (don't think there is one here) or just go to twitter and do some tweets

    Thus this will generate guests anyway,but then again it all depens how many followers and following tweeters ya have

    Only about 4-5 spiders crawl this site (I have a log) the rest is organic traffic.

    And stormie is right: Thread titles with hot button titles get a lot of traffic from search engines.

    Wildcard is awesome.
