Worst customer support EVER
So. To start this thread, I'll explain why this rant even came up. Dell said I had a recommended bios update, so, being the techy I am,I figured it must be necessary if it's recommended by dell. Long story short, the updaten failed and bricked my mother board. Well, I tried to contact support, and could only get then on Facebook. They more or less shrugged me off after 5 minutes and stopped helping me. Then, I called support. The first guy got my info, held me on the line for five minutes, then hung up. The second and THIRD time, the hold service hung up on me. Upon the 4th call, they could hear me fine, up until I said I wanted to talk to a supervisor.
