    Firstly, your PC needs to be patched for 3rd party themes in order for the HUD modifications to be made feasible.
    There are dozens of themes for windows, this is just one example.
    In order to do this, download and install the application from the 1st link below BEFORE you do anything else (Either 32bit (x86) or 64bit depending on your O/S ):
