I can't believe I still haven't had a chance to watch any of this! It looks really good and I've gotten some great reviews from friends, but as of yet I haven't even downloaded a single episode . . . Undecided

The show is very addicting. Once you start watching it, you probably won't be able to stop until you have seen all of it.
It is a drama series with an ongoing storyline and complex relationships between the main characters, so you need to start watching it from episode 1 season 1.
Watching individual episodes out of order, without knowing the ongoing story, is pointless.

I'm with WC... I hear from everybody who's watched it say how good it was..

Since it's a Sopranpo type series where you have to watch from the beginning to get the whole story, I haven't wanted to watch any knowing there are other storylines I'd be missing out on.

but like VF stated above, I'll have to watch the pilot to the current soon...Then I'll be all caught up... By ya, I heard it was an excellent show too!!

    Yes you do.

But Sons of Anarchy is a more violent series than the Sopranos.
There is far more killing going on.
In Sons of Anarchy, both women and cops get brutally murdered.
I have lost count of the number of murders so far in the series.

As someone who's watched SOA since day 1, I heartily recommend it to everyone here. It's got everything from good drama, characters with depth, guns, fighting, bikes, chases, killings, and the music is as awesome as the show. Watching SOA got me into The Black Keys. If you find you like the music in the show, you can get all the soundtracks on tpb.

This is the only tv show that I watch and ring my friends up during it... 'did you see that awesome punch, gemma is such a badass' sorta thing. Totally addictive, I can't get enough.

If you haven't seen it, you are definitely missing out.

OK.. I'lll have to start D/L season one as well...
It sounds as like the storylines are parallel to the Sopranos, which was my favorite show on earth... I don't want to miss out on a good story!

The Soprano gang in Northern New Jersey were a bunch of boy scouts compared to the California bikers in Sons of Anarchy.
Sons of Anarchy takes TV violence to new heights. People get beaten, stabbed, shot, clubbed to death, drowned or set on fire.
In Sons of Anarchy, almost all personal conflicts are dealt with through the application of violence.
The SoA motor cycle club sells guns for a living, so there is always a generous supply of weapons on hand.
