Pop culture
Culture consumers, rightly enough, often complain about homogenised acts like Justin Bieber and franchises such as Harry Potter and Twilight. But why do you think the audience for such products likes them so much? Why do tweens listen to Justin Bieber and read about schoolboy wizards and sparkling vampires? (By the way, just saying "because they're retarded" isn't an answerBig Grin).

RE: Pop culture
I consider myself a person with good taste, but in spite of that I have seen all but the latest Twilight movie. What pulls me into that over produced nonsense I can't say, but there is a certain mass appeal . . .

Wildcard is awesome.

RE: Pop culture
A friend of mine took me to see New Moon. I liked the shirtless werewolf, but that's about it.
