Ghostscript
#1
I've downloaded a bunch of ebooks which all read fine in calibre, except for a few. When I click to open some of them, a pop-up appears that says 'Ghostscript is not found on your system. Please download it from blahblahblah.'

What does that mean exactly, and what is it? I have done a google search but the results aren't providing any answers. Whatever this ghostscript is, it's preventing me from reading the books, and despite asking around on IRC, no one else has heard of it either.

Any answers/suggestions most welcome as I'm at a loss.

Just a bit curious.
You mention it happens on 'some of them'. What file type were you trying to open ?
